“I have a passion for working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, ADHD, gender and sexual identity, managing emotions, co-occurring disorders, nrelationship issues, career choice, or a life transition. By using the individual’s stories and experiences I utilize an integrative approach to guide my clients on a path of discovering their own personal strengths that can lead them to a life of increased functionality and well-being.

My approach to working with clients is a collaborative one in which the individual and I work together in assessing, processing, and goal setting so that the client can ultimately achieve goal attainment. I can do this by utilizing my training in Sandtray, Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, both Gottman and Prepare-Enrich Couples Counseling, Crisis Intervention, Gender and Sexuality Counseling, and Substance Abuse Counseling. I welcome people of all ages, ethnicities, cultural backgrounds, and sexual/gender identities.”
