Saafe Behavioral Services has moved to a new patient portal powered by athenahealth. The new portal gives you a secure, convenient way to stay connected with your care team. Here’s what’s changing and how to get started.
What’s Changing
Our previous patient portal through AdvancedMD is being retired. Every “Patient Portal” link on our website now takes you to the new Athena portal, so you can keep using the website the same way you always have.
Where to Log In
You can reach the new portal anytime at 35612.portal.athenahealth.com, or by clicking Patient Portal anywhere on our website. If you saved a bookmark to the old portal, please update it to the new address.
Logging In for the First Time
Because the Athena portal is a new system, your login for the old portal may not work. If you haven’t set up your new account yet, or you have trouble signing in, just give our office a call. Our team will help you get access.
Using the Portal
The portal is your secure, online connection to Saafe Behavioral Services. It’s designed to help you stay connected with your care team and keep track of your care in one place, on your schedule. If you’re not sure where to find something, our staff are happy to walk you through it.
Keep Your Account Secure
Your portal contains private health information, so please don’t share your username or password with anyone. Log out when you’re finished, especially on a shared or public device.
